Registration Opens Jan. 1!

Winter has just begun, but if you want to set new riding goals for 2022, it’s time to think spring!

The Peninsula Century Spring Classic bike ride will be back in Baileys Harbor on Saturday, June 18, 2022. That gives you five and a half months to get in the saddle, get those miles in and prepare for your favorite route.

Registration for the 35th edition of the ride will open Jan. 1, when the registration fee is $55. That’s $20 off day-of signups for four great routes that take riders along the beautiful back roads of northern Door County. You can also make it a family ride along less-traveled roads with the 25-mile route, which features a special $20 registration fee for kids 14 and younger.

All routes start at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall and finish with a delicious, post-ride meal and beer from One Barrel Brewing Company. Each route features fully stocked rest stops with beverages, ride fuel and food.

Loved the ride! Route was beautiful and very well marked. Rest stops were plentiful and had plenty of food and drink. Loved the ice cold beer and delicious food at the end. I’ll definitely be back!

This year was the third annual excursion for myself and some friends. The ride and beer festival are becoming a tradition for us. Always a great weekend. Thanks, and keep up the good work!
