We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Spring Classic bike ride in Baileys Harbor will feature food from Thyme Catering, the premier Door County caterer helmed by well-known Door County chef Karl Bradley and his wife Tonda Gagliardo.
The husband-and-wife team, known best for their long tenure wowing diners at the Mission Grille, will prepare a lunch of southwest penne pasta, caesar salad, and rolls for the 800 riders expected at this year’s Spring Classic June 19, 2021. Thyme Catering is Door County’s finest caterer, focusing on sourcing ingredients from local growers to bring a taste of Door County to every experience.
Dessert will be cherry crisp from The Cookery in Fish Creek.
The lunch is included for riders of all four distances – 25, 50, 62, and 100 miles of gorgeous cycling along Door County’s most beautiful back roads and shoreline vistas.
At the finish line riders will enjoy a free beer from One Barrel Brewing Co..
