Registration for Door County’s spring century bicycle ride opens Feb. 1.
The Spring Classic returns for its 28th year in Baileys Harbor on June 18, 2016. Riders can save up to $15 by registering for the Peninsula Century Spring Classic in February and join 800 fellow cyclists on the roads of northern Door County.
Enjoy the support of six fully-stocked aid stations, bike mechanics, and a post-ride lunch featuring beer from the Door County Brewing Company, live music, and a food buffet of specialties from local chefs. Cyclists can choose from routes of 25, 50, 62, and 100 miles. There’s a route for every level of fitness you expect to be in come June.
All routes start and end at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall Park and will provide riders with a scenic early season ride featuring routes through the middle of the peninsula. For those who want a full post-ride party experience, the Door County Beer Festival awaits at the finish line, with more than 150 craft beers to taste beginning at noon. Tickets to the festival are sold separately and are available Feb. 1.
